The Brown Brotherhood: Sydney Launch Dinner

Our first Sydney gathering is more than just a dinner, it’s a table where all men come together as brothers. A space to step out of the grind, share real conversations, and build connections over plates of bold flavours and ice-cold drinks.

At Cuvai Bella Vista we’ll feast on a 3-course share menu designed to fuel the night:

Entrees: fish cutlets, chicken rolls, mutton rolls, Sri Lankan patties

Mains: prawn masala string hopper kothu (new), veg kothu roti, egg fried rice, hot butter cuttlefish (new), devilled chicken hot plate, Jaffna prawn curry (new), eggplant curry

Dessert: Wattalapam (individually served - no need to share)
